We want you to love your table. If something isn't right, here's exactly how returns, refunds, breakage and cancellations work.

Opened food-contact items aren't returnable
Our 14-day return window
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging. Because our pieces touch food, this hygiene standard lets us keep every set we sell genuinely new.
Items we can't accept back
For health and safety reasons, the following are not returnable once opened:
- Food-contact tableware whose original seal or packaging has been opened or used;
- Items returned after 14 days, or without proof of purchase;
- Items damaged through use, accident or improper care (see each product's care notes).
This does not affect your rights in cases of breakage in transit or a faulty item — those are always covered, below.
Broken or faulty on arrival
Every order is insured in transit. If a piece arrives broken or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@southtable.shopwith your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send a free replacement(or a full refund if you prefer) — you won't need to ship the broken piece back, and there's no charge.
How to start a return
- Email support@southtable.shopwith your order number and which items you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with a return authorization and the return address.
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging and ship them back within 14 days of authorization.
- Once we receive and inspect them, we'll process your refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return. We refund the price of the returned items. Original shipping is refunded only when the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
Return shipping costs
For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and we recommend an insured, tracked service (we can't be responsible for items lost on the way back). For faulty items or our errors, we cover return shipping in full.
Cancelling or changing an order
Need to cancel or change an order? Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the return policy above.
