Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of southtable.shop (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from SOUTHERN TABLE LLC (“Southtable”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by SOUTHERN TABLE LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, United States (EIN 81-4814160), with a registered address at 501 South State Street, Bunnell, FL 32110, USA. You can reach us at support@southtable.shop or +1 941 936 3124.

2. Orders & acceptance

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the items in your cart subject to these Terms. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where an item is out of stock, where there has been a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraud. A contract of sale forms only when we send you a confirmation that your order has shipped. If we cannot fulfil an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any taxes, duties or shipping unless stated. Applicable sales tax and shipping are shown at checkout. We use Stripe and PayPal to process payments securely; by paying you also agree to their terms. We do not store your full payment card details. Your card or account statement will show the charge as “SOUTHTABLE”. We make reasonable efforts to ensure prices are accurate, but if an error is found we will contact you before processing the order.

4. Shipping & returns

Delivery, fulfillment, returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Shipping policy and Returns & Refunds policy, which form part of these Terms. In short: orders dispatch within 1–2 business days, ship insured, and unopened sets may be returned within 14 days; items broken in transit are replaced free.

5. Products & food safety

We make reasonable efforts to display our products and their colors, finishes and dimensions accurately, but slight variation is inherent to glazed ceramics and is not a defect. Food-contact tableware is tested to U.S. FDA and California Proposition 65 lead and cadmium limits; items described as decorative are not intended for food contact. Please follow the care and use instructions on each product page and our Food safety & care page.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including our product designs, glazes, photography, text, logos and the “Southtable” name — is owned by or licensed to SOUTHERN TABLE LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission. Our designs are our own; we do not sell or authorize imitation or counterfeit goods.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • break any law, or infringe anyone's rights;
  • place fraudulent orders or use stolen payment methods;
  • interfere with the Site's operation or security, or scrape it without consent;
  • resell our products in a way that misrepresents Southtable.

8. Disclaimers & warranties

The Site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except where such rights cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Nothing in these Terms limits your non-excludable statutory consumer rights.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SOUTHERN TABLE LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Florida will have jurisdiction, except where applicable mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your own country of residence. We'll always try to resolve issues informally first — please contact us.
