Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking as soon as it ships. Orders placed over a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day.

Shipping options & cost

All prices on this site and all charges are in U.S. dollars (USD).

  • United States — Standard (3–6 business days): a flat insured rate of $12.00, or free on orders over $100.00.
  • United States — Expedited (2–3 business days): calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • International (7–18 business days): calculated at checkout by destination and weight. Delivery times vary with customs.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide to most countries. A few destinations are excluded where reliable fragile freight isn't available; if we can't ship to you, checkout will let you know and you won't be charged. We ship only to the address provided at checkout — please make sure it's correct, as we can't redirect a parcel once it's in transit.

Fragile handling & insurance

Ceramics and glassware are double-boxed with recycled, protective packaging and shipped on a fragile-rated service. Every order is insured against breakage in transit at no extra cost to you. If anything arrives damaged, we replace it free — see our Returns & Refunds policy for how to report breakage (photos help us replace it fast).

Tracking your order

Every shipment includes online tracking and proof of delivery. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, or your parcel is marked delivered but you don't have it, contact us at support@southtable.shopand we'll investigate with the carrier.

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or fees levied by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges and are the recipient's responsibility. Any applicable U.S. sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout.
